well, i dont know how many people saw this in the other thread, so ill post it here. Good point, I didn't know this until today.
It makes sense when you think of it. BF2 will be the big thing. Vietnam was supposed to be the big thing, but that failed hard. Hopefully DICE won't ruin BF2, and the engine will be perfect to continue the great work on Forgotten Hope for the next few years, before there is something better.
I think it's smarter to wait and see.
Well, i think it would make way more sense then to move to BFV, cuase BF2 will probaly be able to do all of BFVs stuff, plus better grfx
Moving to BF2 would be a great idea and a smart move. The physics engine alone is reason enough. And plus, as far as I know DICE Sweden is developing again. Woopee.
Tigers blasting through walls and rolling across....*shivers*. It's already looking like a great game, though I wish they'd move back to WW2. The engine could definatly give the old formula a boost.
They won't ruin BF2, it's already got enough unique content and features to already deem itself as a fairly big release. I think the team has the right mindset.
I take what n0e says way too seriously

BF2 does not have fully destructable terrain, i.e. no destructible buildings, atleast that is what interviews have said.
yes theres only like some Destoyable objects that already can be done in the BF1942 engine
