How come they never incorperated a blood patch in FH? It's alot easyer to tell when you hit your target with a blood patch.

The only practical hit-indicator is the BF hit-idicator over the crosshair...

It dosent work like HL. You need to aim ahead, and any blood patch is client side. So unless the target is stationary, coming towards you, or going away from you, you wont see it. Same with tank shell hits on tanks. And a lot of other effects.
Geez, how many times do we need to explain this? Blood is client-side, hit detection is server-side with ping being the difference between the two. Unless you are playing with a ping of 0 or the target is stationery/running straight towards you/away from you, you will never see blood and hit the target at the same time.
And there is plenty of blood in FH, just shoot the cows ;)

Maybe in bf2 we can get blood like in hl2. That is some awsome blood effects.
I would be more concerned with environmental effects/physics than I would be with bloodspray.
yea, like getting shot in leg=limping, needing to drink water every so often to keep stamina up ect.
