I just got off playing BtR on WOLF, and we ended up skipping the map because no one knew what the hell was going on. Nobody knew what to bomb, and while there were some decent dogfights over the sea, most of the bombers were so lost they ended up circling or landing on the enemy airstrip, and didn't last a second against the flak.

That may be a problem for another day, but right now could someone at least post exactly what we're meant to attack, with a view to altering the minimap/map description in the next patch? Just some basic map references telling us what we're meant to be doing would be much appreciated. :)

There are 4 Axis factories. One in the South East, one Central South East at the docks, one near the Airfield, and one in the far South West.

Once the factories are destroyed, the Axis lose spawn capability.

All 4 factories show on the minimap.

You attack the factories. Once theyre all dead the germans cant spawn. BUT although the germans cant spawn the map doesnt end.... it keeps going untill all the germans have been killed, wich can be a problem. I think it needs to be made an objective map like BoB instead of conquest, so the map doesnt continue forever. Anyways, great map, and FH .65 is awsome you guys did good work.

Yeah I was also playing there. As I said when I was playing they should add a circle or a dot on the map where you should bomb! Just like in Galactic Conquest so you know where your objective is and make an easier life for players who are playing the map for the first time.

Thanks for sharing that. Devs have done a wonderful job in this version, and what I'm really thankful of is that they added the finnish voices in-game. I really can't say how much fun it is to play as your own country and feel it. Going great, Forgotten Hope!

The way GQ handles objectives is great. Objectives have a circle around them on the map, and the circle loses pieces as the obj is hit, representing its health. It's nice for everybody to see actually HOW damaged targets are.

As for how it works.. When the objectives are destroyed and the axis cannot spawn anymore, what's to stop the last couple axis from just hiding somewhere until the Allied bleed out? At the VERY least the allied bleed should stop, but then it could be a LONG match trying to hunt down the last couple axis. Just end the map.

GC? That was introduced in vanilla afaik.. it's on FH's Battle of britain but I'm not sure this map is a objective map since the germans don't immeadietly lose after the factories are gone

No, he is talking abotu a health bar around all objectives... Ive seen it in custom FH maps, so it CAN be done with FH... The whole thing with the germans not losing until all of thier guys are killed really hurts what would otherwise be a fabulous map... Greatest air combat evar!

Agreed. Watching a big dogfight in the lit sky is amazing.

But yea, the health indication on the map would really help. And the axis not losing at the end thing.
