As I promised you some time ago, here is the Bumble Bee AA tank. This little brother of the Firefly is another solution for a urgent problem by the brits. Lend/lease shermans got their stock turrets removed, and instead the mighty 2pdr MarkVIII was installed. The design was extremely top heavy, and ammosupply proved to be a problem, so this tank didn't reach great production numbers, despite it's great success in airdefense and also groundsupport. In FH this little beast will offer AA support on air heavy late war maps like Battle of the Bulge and Berlin (these tanks were also shipped to russia)
looks wierd, but are there planes on Berlin and Battle of the bulge or what are you saying...
Major Hartmann ...In FH this little beast will offer AA support on air heavy late war maps like Battle of the Bulge and Berlin ...
Might be kinda boring, as there are NO planes on those maps... And honestly, i hope you wont bring planes into them.
But didn't Germany confiscate lots of these at Bulge and then defended Berlin with them so that these beasts met head to head in the hands of 2 different armies?
Hahaha, nice one!
Ahhh, the devs are drunk again.
hartmann must be drinking too much koolaid, because he said "AA support on air heavy late war maps like Battle of the Bulge and Berlin maps"
haha, D-Fens, strider and Josey :0wned:
Hehe, strange thing
What is this AA-thingy really meant to be, would be interesting ,-)
