Whenever I try to join a server I get the error that my data differs from that of the server. I have .66 all installed and it works perfectly except I cant join servers because of the error. I tried re-installing the game but it still comes up with the error. Am I supposed to download something else to make it run like map packs or something. This error has appeared on different servers that I try. Help would be much appreciated!!:bows:

might want to check that all of three of the fh 65 install files are there propers size, and that the 66 installer is the right file size to. And of course 1.61 version of bf, though iv not hear of not having 61 giving that error. Pretty obvious stuff, but all i can think of.

I had that problem when I tried running with a no-cd fix (my BF1942 disks are looking rough after two years!) - don't know if that's your problem..? (I now have to run with cd2 in my drive).

I gues its a bad crack? I can give you a working one 8) Or you can make an img on the cd2(witch is the smaller one) and mount it in deamon tools).

I had things like this (map not found) happen to me before. Try (1) deleting your FH files from the BF1942 folders, then (2) re-installing FH completely. Don't run other programs while you're installing. What may have happened is the actual files themselves are fine, but the installation got corrupted somehow. Alternatively, try re-downloading and reinstalling. That's about all I can suggest.

Ahh yes the no-cd. My cds are also going through some tough times and its a hassle to change cds and whatnot without leaving them to stack up. But I reinstalled FH........It must just be the BF one. Well thanks for making me realize my mistake!
