Hi there, I was playing .66 for a good part of the day today and I must say great job guys, everything looks beautiful, including the new maps & models, top notch stuff. While I was playing Eastern Blitz today twice on 2 different servers it sure seemed to be the laggiest of the lot and I also noticed other ppl talking about lag to. It's a real shame because it's a beautiful map and the new tankette and pz 38 rock. Out of curiosity I was just wondering if anyone else is having some lag problems with this map and decided to make a quick poll. My specs are amd xp 2800 ati 9800pro 1Gb ddr 400 @ 333 Soundblaster Live 5.1 My rig seems fine for bf1942 I've been playing the game for a long time but maybe I'm mistaken..Maybe FH needs a bit of a boost? I dunno, the map is just really laggy sometimes.

Hewlett-Packard P4 3,2 GHz 1 GB DDR GeForce FX 5500

Close all your unrequired processes (google End-It-All program, very useful)

It is good on my pc, but I do notice a little slowdown (very slight) in and around the villages.

speaks quite clearly

i have 9800@xt speed 1gb hynix d34 ddr - at 234fsb axp2000+ at 2340mhz :) and it still lags a bit.. even on empty serv, 'a bit' means i dont think i could play it online edit: also i have sb live ve AND terratec aureon 5.1 - it lags using them both [i am aware of sound crappines that affects fh and other bf mods]

I didn't have many problems playing it, although I was mostly in the mine or the backwoods near the axis base messing around with the bomber kit.

It's not the laggyness that bothers me with the Blitz (Counterattack is much worse lag wise) but the gameplay, or rather the lack of it. The map is beautiful as usual, but the flag setup is insane. You've got 1 flag up north and 5 on the other edge of the map and nothing in between. What's the point?

I wouldn't want to complain right after the release of the patch, but the new maps are really disappointing.
