terminal-strikethey can do whatever they want! it lives up to its name greatly I think, and what are u talking about anyway we just got a few new early war maps in 66.
I suppose you have a point - FH is the forgotten hope for BF1942. But 'getting a few early war maps' isn't what FH set out to be... But hey, it's still fun as hell.
Dee-JaýWhile we´re all asking for the Panzer III (yet again, but we still don´t have it) I´d also request you toss in the M3-Grant-Lee. Practicly the western eqivalent to the Panzer III.
You mean it saw service throughout most of the war in every theatre and had multiple versions? The western equivalent to the Panzer III is half a Sherman. The PzIV makes up the other half:D Would be cool to have it in though. I know that Char with dual guns csn be a real wrecking machine.
hm.... Does you FH team plan on a FH version for Battlefield 2 ? You could do there much more stuff than in BF1942 (of course much much more work...). But im shure you will write history in the mod area ;)
SkipsterHeh, you just don't get it :D We don't want the PzIII because it's some kind of uber-tank, (although you have admitted it's a bit better than the PIVE, plus a lot of PIIIJ had the 50/L60, instead of the 42,) We want it because it's lack makes a big hole in German armor types. Imagine the US Army with a 76mm Jumbo but no M4A1. The PzIII was the anti-armor tank, the PzIV (at least before longer 75) was the anti-infantry tank. You didn't have one without the other. Of course, in battles that take place after '43, I won't cry about the lack of a PIIIL-N :D
exactly! the pz3 was one of the main battle tanks the germans used through out the war. the pz3, pz4, and panther were all designed to be the main battle tank for their era. (pz3 early war, pz4 mid war, panther late war) we know the pz3 wont be some kind of uber tank like the KT
