I didn't make it!
Im ctualy registered in more then 6 FH comunitys and i see that a lot of players are deceptined with FH 6.5,so i decide to open a universal discution,to have efect in the future 6,6 FH. The weapons and vehicles must have a diference of power,of course, like hapens with the allieds and germans tanks for exemple(a M10 cant face a kingtiger front to front, but u can destry it easy if u get a good tatical position, comon in tanks battles)but not so diferent that will be the utimate factor to decide the victory, like hapen with the PPSH and tomphson, this unfair weapons is a disaster of planing in 6.5 version, anyways in the WW2 the diference was not SO BIG! All the FH intentions and sucess is the realism, and in WW2 a engenner squad have the demolition and tatical use in the battlefield(like the old and good mines)when 2 engenners can defend a bridge for a wile, and for long time if the enemy dont make a good tatic to across it.In my opinion the old engeneer kit must return for the realism and tatical urge, the number of mines and explosives can be reduced to keep the balance. If u understand a litle about weapons u will see that two is not so diferent, and DONT SEE JUST THE 900 RPM INSTEAD 500 RPM diference, and dont give to this a big importance, becoue its must be weird at first look, but ,the RPM ratio is not SO relevant, read wheight, caliber, and the efective range, and afterall if u are in front of a man, eachone aim a firearm to eachother, dosent mather if its a WP38 or a m16,both will die if they shoot at same time(plz,im not talking about all game situations, but just that when a soviet apear in front of you,and u automaticaly die,no chance of reaction)anyone of you guys think that if u apear in front of a man with a mp 40,and that man have a ppsh, you will die, just becouse the ppsh can fire 900 rpm, remember:at point blanck is bether a minus wheight weapon,to fire early. MP40: Caliber: 9x19mm Luger/Para Weight: 4,7 kg loaded, 4,03 kg empty Lenght (stock closed/open): 630/833 mm Barrel lenght: mm Rate of fire: 500 rounds per minute Magazine capacity: 32 rounds Effective range: ca. 100 meters PPSH: Caliber: 7,62x25 mm TT Weight: 5,45 kg loaded with full 71 rds drum; 4,3 kg with full 35 rds magazine; 3,63 kg without magazine Lenght: 843 mm Barrel lenght: 269 mm Rate of fire: 900 rounds per minute Magazine capacity: 71 rounds in drum magazine or 35 rounds in curved box magazine Effective range: meters TOMPHSON: Caliber :.45ACP Weight,: empty 4.78 kg Lenght :811 mm Barrel lenght :267 mm Rate of fire: ~ 700 rpm Magazine capacity: 20 or 30 rds box Effective range :~ 50 meters
Now, I'm not even going to start about the spelling on this one. I'm just trying to wrap my confused brain around the point you're trying to make, and fail miserably. You start out with a "General" failure and ..erh..deception? thread. Then somehow you end up going from tanks to SMG's and RPM's and some inclusion of stats of unknown origin to finish it off. What exactly IS your point ?!
What's your point?
he is saying that you guys are making the PPsh sound too powerful than it is in real life.
