FH Realism Mini-Mod 1.6 Released As promised shortly after FH 0.66 I would update FH Realism to make it compatible. Since there wasn't a lot of time I didn't include a lot of new stuff. Though you need this version to make it work with FH 0.66. I optimized it and made it fully compatible, in a few weeks I will release a newer version which will include the new stuff we are working on. For now: Have fun with FH 0.66 and FH Realism! Main Features: - Historical accurate logo's and icons - Historical accurate transparant Mini-Map icons - Reskinned realistic flags for ALL nations - Compatible with FH 0.66 - Lt. Hanley's historical accurate vehicle skins for the Germans - FH Realism Switcher to enable, disable or uninstall it easy - Improved and more realistic sounds by Evil_Cookie (only in 22KHz. and 44KHz. mode) - Made compatible with FH 0.66 (init.con/fhrealism1.con/fhrealism0.con) - Optimized for FH 0.66 (menu/texture/sound .dds files) - Temporary removed sounds for (because of problems with the soundscript...they will be fixed and included later): - Browning .30 CAL - .50 CAL - Bren - MG34 - Added new transparant Mini-Map icons for: - Germany - Canada fhrealism7.jpgDownload: http://bfmaps.nl/~sauron/fhrealism/fhrealism_1.6.exe (22 MB) For any comments on this mini-mod, mail me at: removed, user request SaUrOn

I have 1.5 installed and I left it switched on when I updated FH to .66, just install over 1.5 and all is good? Do I have to reenable? Ah I'm sure I'll answer all my own questions in a matter of a minute when it's done. Thx again, nice job Cpt. Sauron.

From the changelog:

- Temporary removed sounds for (because of problems with the soundscript...they will be fixed and included later): - Browning .30 CAL - .50 CAL - Bren - MG34

Does this means they have FH's original sounds or nothing at all? It could be understood that you can't hear anything from shooting them but I have a feeling that it concerns only for remade sounds.

You will hear the standard sounds ofcourse. I will include our ones soon, but at the moment they are fighting the soundscript.

I'm having problems with those guns too. Apparently, the machine guns (browning, machiengewehr) play the sound entirely before repeating it, instead of repeating the sound every round, meaning you hear the sound every 2-3 rounds instead of every round. That's my problem, is that what's happening to you, Sauron? A simple solution would be to loop the sound, but I'm trying to figure it out another way. Any ideas?
