Slayer1976;4784253Had some very good rounds yesterday and the day before. I was in a squad with guys like Kubador88, Ts4EVER, [e_C] Paythoss, Cpl Henderson, Milhouse40 and Tulit.

We won Operation Hyacinth in like 10 minutes, which was the quickest victory I ever saw on any map.

We had a great comeback on Supercharge after having lost 3 flags and won the round in the end.

Yesterday we lost two rounds (Siege of Tobruk and Crete) with minimal numbers: both rounds ended up in a 7-0 win for axis. I had never seen such small victories and the rounds were epic. By the end of the rounds it was very important not to die, thus changing the gameplay in an interesting direction.

On Siege... we held Bir Baccara for half the round, recapped it once and the axis never got past the first loine of defense.

On Crete, they never had more than 3 flags.

On Sfakia we got owned pretty hard, just to return the favour on Sidi Rezegh, where we won by 350 to zero or something.

Aye, very good rounds indeed. Those germans were quite feisty but we managed to get to those flags over their corpses. Anyway, a very good method to make FH2 more epic is managing teamwork enforced squads by yourself. Remember, "We want YOU! to be SL." It's not that hard as it seems and pays back a lot.

You guys make me all horny, I'll have to install it this weekend. And don't you dare to cause anger in me when I join hslan and don't see no good teamwork squad with a neat squadleader which isn't locked away from me, or I'll oil my k98 with the juiced of your mashed liver... Btw kubador, epic signature. :)

I think its a fantastic mod. The graphics are so well done and the maps are great. The team work and strategy needed to win is also a bonus. The sound is great as well. running round the streets while hearing rifle fire and howitzers in the distance really draws you in :nodding: I would love to see FH2 progress to the level of FH1 in terms of content and i cant wait for the new release :bows: Does everyone here play on Hslan? Its the only server i see which normaly has a full pop. Oh and that sig is brill Kubador

Had some nice rounds again, contrary to the past few days in which either I played very bad, or the squads weren't playing as a team, resulting in several losses in a row. Tonight, however, only wins. And teamwork, yay!

Close calls on Siege of Tobruk and Sfakia, where the bleed was on the axis side most of the time, but they had us bleeding for a while soon after the start, giving our team a disadvantage of around 200 tickets. We won 15-0 in the end.

Sidi Rezegh (one of my favourite maps) was very special tonight: for the first time I saw the axis recap the entire airfield (all 4 flags) and returning the bleed to us Brits early enough in the game to have a chance to win. But in the end our team did a second fullcap and the British team was victorious once again with something like 320-0.

On those tickets a note: I know this is mostly a server setting and in this case I maybe should post it on hslan forums, but the amount of tickets is in favour of the allies on this map. I have won this map as axis only very few times (maybe 2) and it was because the allies never capped all 4 flags in those rounds. If axis can't stop the first fullcap, they're lost. Tonight we capped all flags and the tickets were like 970-750 for us when the bleed started on axis. A few hundred tickets later the bleed was put back on allies. When our tickets had bled to 490, the axis tickets were 190 and a little later we put the bleed back on them. But even if we hadn't recapped all flags, we would have won. Just because their tickets were so few, they never could have won. I see this very often on Sidi, I only saw axis full recap before twice and both times they had only some 50 tickets left in all. Which makes it a bit tough to play this map on axis side.

The key to that map is to camp the hell out of the main building on the airfield. Once i defended it with my squad, set up a defence and held it all round. It was mostly boring as hell and was afraid my guys would wander off. So i motivated them with the advice of if we hold this, we win.

remember loosing the blockhause flag costs the loosing team like 40 tickets instantly. so if you fight over the blockhouse a lot and the flag changes owner alot many tickets get burned up in a very short time.
