I have to say, first lookin at the in game screens of the FH2 statics and kubelwagon, i thought they were screens of Call of Duty 2. The models just look so good in the BF2 engine and its such professional work that the screenies look like they belong among screens for much more expensive new games like CoD2. Keep up with the good work, and if i had BF2 or my computer didnt suck a major D id definitely download this mod (933 mghz Pentium 3 with 512 mb RAM, GeForce Ti4200 and 40gb hard drive doesnt go very far these days in the world of gaming). Best of luck.
Agreed. You can say what you like about BF2, but you have to admit the engine sure knows how to make models look real purdy.
You don't need to go so far. Wait to see 0.7 release. It uses the crappy BF1942 engine, but you'll be speechless with the huge amount of things it'll have... ;)
There is a Battlefield 2 GeForce Ti Shader mod for those who own any of these GeForce Ti graphic cards. It's on the ame-Deception forums, wich unfortunatly seems to be down. :(

It makes the game work but with crappy graphics
I know. My gaphic card has, well... ''overheated'' if you can call it that. I'm going to a new next week. I wonder though, is it the shader mod that crapped my graphic card or that bloody graphic card update I recieved with my BF2 DVD?
The nVidia video driver provided with Battlefield 2 is WHQL certificated. Your card could just as have you written: overheated. I'm glad that I changed my card for Gainward GeForce 6600 GT GS GLH something about week before Bf2 release. Before then I also had GeForce 4 Ti 4200.
