I disagree, first our players can sprint way longer than in vanilla, second, if you compare the FH2 jogging+sprinting with the slower unique FH1 speed I highly doubt that you can reach the same distance in less time in FH1, quite the contrary.
Transport, well, teamplay is the magic word, the same map with teamplay is an awesome experience and a pain in the ass without teamplay, it's in your hands, ladies and gentlemen.
Also, its all an illusion. The maps aren't that big, and sprinting really does make you faster than you ever could be in fh1 :P
hslan.Lord Helmchen;4474183A bunch of stuff about how hated sprinting is........
What a terrible thing to say! I love dashing from one bit of cover to another. Long live the sprint. And one other thing to think about people is this is the freaking desert! I don't remember doing much walking from base to base in many of the older FH1 desert maps either. Keep your dirty hands off my sprint!
Never walked from bases in FH1 desert maps, think about it :P Desert Rose, Gazala, El Al. You get a truck or a tank :P lol
I didn't make it!
hslan.Lord Helmchen;4474183 On the other side you now can run, but only for a short time and its annoying to "double hit" the forward key every 10 secs. I agree it's rather realistic, but not for the actual scale of the maps.
I just hold down the shift key for sprinting.
A thing that might help those guys in jeeps or trucks that drive away without waiting for others to get in is making the "Requesting a pickup!" voice command appear as text chat. It's only the sound if you're not a fireteam leader I think right?
Even as a SL, with the text and voice showing up. They still dont wait :P If they dont wait in the first place, they wont listen to the radio command. heh. it's like some people shut off their communication skills as soon as they log in (or never had them for that matter.. :P) Mind they speak English at all heh.
Um yeah some are also blind besides being deaf. But even good-willing people sometimes don't pay attention to the radio sounds so it could help those.
