It´s so nice that this webpage shows a lot of gameservers. But why is there not an option to join directly from this page. Because the mouse dosen´t work with BF on in the back ground, you have to copy and pasted - and can only do it once! ZAPPA_DK:confused:
Go and download "The all seeing eye" and youll find every server. The Ingamebrowser sucks bigtime.
ase is good (most of the time)
Hey! Well, I tried it but I couldn´t make it work right! It took a lot of power from the computer, cause it´s open in the background. Besides my mouse don´t work when I take BF42 in the background, so I have to cloese the game down, to operate the mouse. And often you don´t find a greate server to start with, so.. - takes a lot of time. I´m sure it´s just me whos making the mistake, cause lots of people say what you say! And since you say the ingane browser sucks..,maybe I shouldt give it a second chance. ZAPPA
to make the mouse work you only need another active program in the background, like the task manager, notepad or something. if you alt-tab to desktop and have no cursor press ctrl+alt+del (assuming XP). i use the ingame browser because it finds the servers i need, and i love to beat ASE-users to a seat on the server :D
ASE will beat the ingame browser into a game every time. It takes very mimimal system resources.

hehe, it won't.. :D
I find ASE's loading time the same as the ingame browser. I was a user of the ingame browser for over a year, I didn't mind it, but at the same time I didn't find it the most functional thing around. Matter of fact it sucks because it has no option to save my search filters and so while I'm updating my list I always have to reset my filters for that current session, stupidest thing I've seen in a while, I thought we've evolved. Anyhow I still used it because at the time the only alternative I had considered was gamespy arcade which I did use at times but then that got pretty lame with their pop up load screens, then the load screens that were timed so I'd have to wait half a minute just to close a damned screen I wasn't interested in seeing in the first place. All in all I'm very familiar with the ingame browser and I'd have to disagree with you Arisaka, ASE's load times vs ingame browser load times are very comparable if not the same and I don't notice a difference at all. Even if the ingame browser was quicker (which I doubt, but possibly by a millisecond or two) it flops hands down compared to ASE's ease of use, functionality and multi game compatability. :D ASE is currently using 8,832K memory, whoopdie-whoo...
and once you've established your favourite servers google for a program called BFStart. its alot more detailed than ASE. *Shows time remainin, tickets, players, ping, server ping and all alot easier to read.* It's more of a server monitor than a browser, but i like it.
Is there a way to see what map will be next on that server before joining? That's one thing I'm always thinking of and am not sure if there's a program out there that can give you that info.
