Heh, the devs can do whatever you want to tanks, and you will never see that. I've never seen that many infantry grouped together like that
Every Thursday and Saturday night for 12 hour battles I see such groups of infantry attacking our flag... In BFE-WaW we are used to big battles!
@Dönitz I hope that the initiative of your mapping group will result in quality and realistic maps. There are a lot of good ideas discussed in these boards the last year and I hope a lot of those will find their way into the maps.

usually I like to stop back aways from the allied end of the bridge on the right side with one of the tanks and shoot the men off the roof top to the left and using the blast off the building to take out the allieds responding at the first respond point.
i dont like the fact that the Puma or the jeep from the axis allways go to the back flag. personly i think the back flag should be only cap by 3poeple or more or you can make a baricade to stop any viechle from coming in.

I love it. I get most of my kills on that map at the back flag :D
You guys complain way way too much about this map. I think it's perfectly fine. I play it from both sides. Last I checked all of the major FH servers out there were "clan-run" So don't go blaming how it plays out due to "pubbers" They aren't public servers, those would be the EA run servers that are the "pubs" The map simply requires, like most maps out there team-work and patience. If you don't possess either traits then it will play out the same way all the time. You already know someone on Axis will attempt to swim across and sneak to back, how hard is it then to have 1-2 people guarding the river? If not yourself doing that job. You may not see the amount of action as the players with the Piats and exp packs around the bridge do, but if your complaint about losing the map is so strong well isn't this obviously a task someone needs to do to win? Same goes with the initial rush to the back 1-2 people need to at least spawn back there for the first few minutes to be ready for an initial breakthrough. This leaves plenty of other people in the middle to handle the defense of the bridge. Again you may not see as much as those on the bridge but, if your concern is winning the map its apart of that teamwork you need to do. And this map shows that perfectly. Nothing wrong with the Puma's, nothing wrong with the Kubels. Certainly nothing wrong with the Tigers or Panthers either. The Puma's and Jeeps offer a small window of a chance for Axis to attempt a breakthrough. The debris on the bridge needs to stay if not added to (see pictures of the actual bridge after the first German assault) It was cluttered with destroyed armor and APC's. Leave the map alone, The Dev's did an excellent job with it.
