The Crusader is pretty good in its role as a cruiser, but the cruiser/infantry tank doctrine is a major liability for the Brits in North Africa. It means you either have slow, but heavily armored tanks that lack mobility, or very fast but weakly armored tanks that can't take a beating. Meanwhile, the Germans have a range of medium tanks, some of which have fantastic guns (IE: Pz IV F2) that can kill at long range.
Ultimately, it's up to the tank drivers to use their tank to the best effectiveness. If you understand the roles of the various tanks, good teamwork can still turn out pretty well. That said, all things considered I'd rather be in a German tank in North Africa.
I didn't make it!
Ye, we all FUBAR when the Tigers and Panthers hit the frontlines

time for the 17 pdr sherman firefly to snipe those tigers half way across map lol.
In the current FH2 release. The allies generally have better balanced armored vehicles such as the Sherman & Grant tanks... The Axis have better tank guns. (75mm L43) but those are rare and the Panzer IV Ausf F2 armor isn't any better than the Panzer III Ausf J. Both of them are vunerable even to 2 pdr guns.
All i want to say is just don't exploit, but play it fun.
If your side is weaker (e.g. like German in Tobruk vs 1 Matilda Mk II) most probably, it is meant to be that way. Fight hard if you are playing as Germans, play it fun if you are the Brits! This is realism put in a game, you might want to know how hard DAK tried to kill a Crusader tank or Matilda Mk II from playing this mod. The result in the real world is God's decision, and in this game it is all up to you, the physics are all there.
The tanks did pwn in WW II just like cruise missiles pwn nowadays.
