Ok Ply3r_17 Thanks for the tip man I'll try it. I don't want to be arrogant..but I do know how to find the console, and that I Shouldn't use the quotes and stuff. However,in terms of Online Gaming I am kinda fresh in comparison to your standards, besides, I wrecked my pc and my voodoo3, back then there wasn't much fun to multiplay besides CS, hehe Imagine how long that is ago. Anyways. Thanks for the tip mate, Cheers.

Beast of WarDepends on your CPU clock..... 333 Mhz memory can be much faster then 400 Mhz, when you have a CPU that runs on 133 or 166 Mhz internal clock speed. 400 Mhz is insynchonous to 133 and 166 Mhz clockrates and has to be rearranged thus will be delayed. This delay is only nanoseconds but it is noticebale if you really load your memory. 333 Mhz doesn't have that problem with 133 or 166 Mhz internal CPU clock cycles, it is synchronous to it. The only smart 200 Mhz memory ( DDR makes it 2x = 400 Mhz ) buy is when you have a CPU that runs on 200 Mhz internal clock rate. In my case that is the AMD 3200+. The lower segment AMD are all 166 or 133 Mhz internal core, and thus are way faster with 333 Mhz memory. I didn't notice any diffrence in 1 Gb of memory or 1,5 Gb of memory in map load times. But i play other (RTS) games too that can become really demanding on memory when the number of units in the game increase over time......that's why i chose more memory, for FH more then 1 GB is not needed or even usefull.

Ofcourse, i didnt think about the fsb, hmm, i am running mine in 163 (stable) right now, and i am starting to get artifacts at 164 (full load) so i guess i have to get a better cpu... About the memorysize, i noticed a vast difference when i putted in my 2*1024 when my server broke just for checking and i am ALWAYS first in, in contrary when i only had 2*512 when i was generally among the first. So i tested with only 2gig instead of 3 gig but.. i have noone to compare with ;) I am just interested where the bottleneck is or if you can go higher up(?).

do you know how to bring fps up?

Well if not, and this is for anyone browsing this place...just go to console and type 'fps 1' and you can see it in the top left corner, again type 'fps 0' to close it.

KingrudolfDoes he have to post three replies in a damn row each time. Typical behaviour of a forum newbie. But I might forgive him since he's Dutch.
According to the FAQ he did nothing wrong exept for the 2th page (where he made 3 replies in a row). He should have edited his post on the second page and added additional comments to it, but since he is new you can't blame him. Almost all newbies do that when they are new to the forums. So Infernal[NL_ish] please edit your post nextime when you like to add additional comments and stuff.
Unless you only whish to correct a grammatical error in your post, you should not change something in your post after another member has replied to it.
That has nothing to do with being Dutch. Since I've got to be "polite" I will be.

Kingrudolf is dutch (so he didn't bash you for being dutch) and so are these members: Eglaerinion LIGHTNING [NL], VioLAtoR[xL] Lord Of The P!ngs Odessa SpiderGoat (he is belgian) zero_zero nesty remco peter_kreuwels MBase Großadmiral Dönitz (me) we have the paperclip.gif The Dutch/Belgian Thread! where we duscuss things in dutch, you should visited it!
