Maybe I can help: - The Storm has been revised (improved textures, sky, etc) - Breaktrouhgt visuely improved (hedges, stronger shadows, objectlightmaps --> Piat/Panzerfaust-paradies!). Also the bridges will be destructable - Alpenfestung (objectlightmaps and stronger shadows, new sky) - Arnhem (new sky from Alpenfestung) - Prokorovka now during Summertime and without the city - Battle of the Bulge improved shadowing and amient sounds, Jagdpanzer/M36/Jumbosherman added.) Valirisk has been completely revamped The other Maps have just been revised in terms of balancing and vehicles And Germans now spawn with an Stg 44 on Zilona Gora Outskirts und Pavlov have been removed from 0.65. The Vanilla-Maps Omaha, Kursk, Khrakov, Battleaxe und Aberdeen have also been removed. Orginal von HARTBeregil (translated my me).

It's realy good news the crappy vannila maps are going, i hated those ones especialy.

Hey those are some big changes, did I miss something?

Destructable bridges? I didn't know they could do that properly. Plus, why? Prok without the city? Again, why? I heard they were optimising, I didn't know they'd scrub anything that big.

Hmm...

The town area of Prokhorovka causes an obscene amount of slowdown for many players. Plus, 2nd SS Panzer Korps never made it to the city of Prokhorovka, so it doesn't make much sense to have players fight in it in FH.

The battle on the south side of the Kursk salient was a gigantic tank battle in the rolling hills south of Prokhorovka. Russian defensive lines with countless AT field guns and MG emplacements, hundreds of miles of trenches and anti-tank ditches. The Germans had to slog through each defensive line in succession. This is how the FH Kursk maps should be, at least for this area of the Kursk salient.

EDIT: Plus, they're expanding FH's represenation of Kursk by a lot, even though they're scrapping that part of that map. I think there are maps called Kursk Day 1, Day 2, etc. Not sure how many maps there are in total, though.
