IMO it depends on the feel you're going for. If you run FH because it's a 'realism' mod, then I would say no enemies on ships. Being killed by enemy infantry was not something sailors at sea ever worried about.

But if you run FH because it's more fun than vanilla, then sure, why not?

Agree with Skipster - why not?

As far as regular bases go, I'm begining not to care either. You should be able to protect your home court.

If a battleship is damaged you might as well forget about it. Too bad more "seaman" do not spawn to a bb - it might works better. Defintely would fight better!

IN .65, I hope the Atlantic map works ok.

Vote no. Since they cant really do anything productive for their team (cant blow the ship up or anything) all they would be doing on the ship is waiting for people to spawn and gunning them down. I consider this to be spawn camping, mainly because they are camping on an uncappable spawn.

I'd say no, but only give penalties to those that have cruel intentions instead of say, someone got shot down near a Carrier or a Battleship and is swimming to that craft so he can grab a ride back to the mainland. Other than that, I'd say hell no.
