i find nothing worng with the skins now
[QUOTE= look at the scale of the tank compared to the men, now that would be great if the FH team rescaled all the vechicle models to real life infantry : vechicle ratio [/QUOTE]
I DREAM WITH THAT, EVERY SINGLE DAY.
That's just the way bf is though, everything is scaled funny.
p.s. Eglaerinion, I used to have the same pic as my desktop. :)
Run 4 Da Gunthe kt skin that FH has now is ok
That's an insult.
Shade_PWYeah, I've always wondered for what theatre is the uppermost one...
These camo were used only on the eastern front, especially in Hungary and Ukraina! But it isn`t a late war skin. :)
The kt skin is the best skin ive ever seen. Along with the is-2.
This kind of pisses me off.
Your asking for a new skin on a tank that already looks great. That doesn't piss me off, but if we only had X amount of hours to work on skins, stuff like that is a goddamned waste of time.
To be honest, I think the FH guys spend too much time skinning right now. I'd prefer more engine tweaks, and if they just had skinning on the brain, why can't they do stuff like skin new buildings? We've got dozens, if not hundreds of vehicles, but we're still stuck with the same vanilla ass objects. Booooooooring.
Plus new buildings can lead ways to new maps.
There is nothing I look forward to more than eventually playing a "Free French Revolt - Paris 1945" map. French Partisans vs. German left overs. The flags are on the tops of buildings. The French have weak equipment (old rifles, 1 shot pistols, stolen weapons, moltov cocktails, grenades, etc), but they have all the spawn points at a strategic advantage. The Germans have to fight their way up the buildings. They get 2 tanks, some half-tracks... but how good is a tank when anti-tank fire is coming from all directions (this is seen in Arnhem. A million tanks don't mean crap when the enemy has a million anti-tank weapons and the right circumstances to use them).
It would be fun sniping people from atop the Eifel Tower.

No no, I mean the uppermost one on this pic: http://members.lycos.nl/franske19/desktop0107.jpg
PS: Notice how on the pic, in below the desktop the MIrc time is 1337-00 :naughty:

Do you mean the plain yellow-brown one at the top? That color, dunkelgelb, was what replaced dunkelgrau, AKA panzer gray, in the middle of the war (as mentioned by Anlushac11 earlier in this thread). It's not really camo, per se, it's the color that most vehicles were painted at the factory after 1943. Camouflage was left up to local commanders who chose the pattern based on the kind of terrain and available paint stocks.

LOL! You are right, but in 1945 were no German soldiers in Paris. Maybe 1944??? I don`t think that working on this skin have high prirority, but it is a nice skin. So it would be cool to see this skin in 0.62 or later versions! :)
