Exactly same way as in LCVPs, LSTs and whatever has movable ramp...

The truck doors are the same as the LVCP, same buttons.

That's not the case with civilians trucks though.

My mistake. I used the word truck as a general term concerning the bedford, opel, and the other large trucks. The civilian truck's back door is opened/closed from the driver position.

You know when they say "6 Pounder gun"

What calibre is that? 50mm? (I'm just guessing, I don't know even know what they mean by Pounder, something to do with the weight of the projectile?)
