I think the 7.62cm Russian AT gun is a useful (and necessary) thing to implement.

But isn't the 25 pdr an arty gun? I think AT guns should have a bit higher priority ATM since we've got stationary artillery (105 mm gun, Nebelwerfer) but we sort of lack "real" AT guns. I'm not saying "Don't put more stationary arty in", au contraire - I think we'd need more arty (and more effective ones at that). But from a tactical point of view, FH could currently make more use out of more ATGs than out of more arty.

I also think that in in-game terms, more ATGs would be more useful than more artillery (at leats currently). Arty is pretty much useless against movable targets (especially stationary arty), whereas ATGs at least have a chance of killing tanks.

Technically the 25lbr was developed as a artillery piece of 87.6mm size. Due to its outstanding design it had pretty decent muzzle velocity and the Brits developed a very effective "Supercharged" high velocity AP round for it and it was quie effective at knocking out German armor.

Penetration values I have found list between 54mm and 98mm of penetration.

Im guesing first is standard AP and the 2nd is the "supercharged " round.

The supercharged round was a special AP round using a super charge lus propellant load instead of charge 3 propellant load used in low velocity artillery shells.

Apparently the guns firing the supercharged ammo required the Solothurn muzzle brake which was introduced in July of 1942.

The Brits started a project to develop a HEAT round for the 25lbr but it was dropped as it was deemed unecessary.
