Just so I can get a good thought of new updates to buy for my computer, how will fh2 perform in compariosion to Project Reality? If you are able to play project reality with pretty good performance, will fh2 generally work just as good, better, or in contrary, may not run better/ as good because it has more things than PR and thus is laggier? I only want to know so I can see if money to upgrade is needed or not. thx

I think FH2 may need a minimum of 2GB probably to play since it seems that's what PR 0.5 needs but they, atm, may have more or equal amounts of stuff. *Looks worriedly at 1.5GB system* "all those textures..."

I can play fh2 with the same good consistency as PR. I only have a gig of ram, and I'm running on low/medium graphics due to my soon to be replaced 3d card.

Which is why i put 4MB in my rig, heh heh heh. *stands and casually returns digital penis to virtual pants, just as phrase "psychosexual overcompensator!" echoes tauntingly in head, growing increasingly loud*

Also, it's gigabytes you noob:p*RUNS LIKE HELL* [quote=Kradovech;3694806]I run PR on medium settings with 1GB of RAM and it runs fine. (Except for one city map which name I cant recall right now)

I can run al bhasra with 1 gig on low. its probobly my favorate map because it has really different gameplay.

I have yet to see the US actually take the city though... they seem content on just nuking it with a10s and choppers.

I play both PR and FH2 on a mid-range pc on the follow ingame settings:

display mode: 1024x786@85Hz terrain: medium effects: medium geometry: high texture: medium lighting: low dynamic shadows: off dynamic light: off anti-aliasing: 4x texture filtering: medium view distance: 100% Both mods play like a dream (on a nice high framerate) no matter what map i'm playing (Sfakia, Supercharge, Al Basrah, Operation Greasy Mullet etc.) or how intense the battlefield around me is.

System specs: cpu: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (2,16 GHz) VGA: Geforce 6800Le (128 mb) 2 GB DDR2 400 Creative XF-I ExtremeMusic Western Digital 200 GB (7800)
