Far as I can see, few enough people are even willing to fill the gunner positions, let alone bombardier/navigator etc... For one thing, they get rubbish scores (which isn't just vanity... at places like WOLF the low-scorers get kicked for make room for members), and also are easy kills for flak/fighters/tanks.
Perhaps shared kills or removing scores altogether would help with that, but to be honest I don't think its a great idea anyway. With 32 people per team at the most, its bad enough tying up 4 or 5 in a plane, without adding even more positions. Maybe if the devs made an all-air map, spawning in the air, like B17s against 262s or Lancasters againdt Ju88s, that would be worth doing, but otherwise, I'd say not.
i know that dc did it on the F14 and it works pretty good just fly over the target and the player that drops the bombs will know when to drop them it is common sense---fly over enemy drop a bomb doesnt take any communication
Beast of WarThat is why it is amazing why DICE still never introduced the "shared kill" inside the same vehicle.
It would improve teamwork lightyears.........
Removing the kill and deaths on the score board would help team work allot more. Would stop people being point whores which is the thing that helps team work the least.
It would just be kind of pointless. Not only are the maps too small for any aircraft to bomb from a worthwhile altitude, but there's the fog. Maybe if in BF2 Dice wisens up and realizes that there doesn't always have to be fog on every single map.

Dense fog in a lot of maps is more a FH choice, not something you can blame on DICE.
A lot of BG42 maps are large maps with loads of vehicles......but no dense fog at all. I think it maybe explained that these maps have lots less objects, but they still look very good. ( the best map ever made in my opinion is BG42 Citadel )
I think FH is a real "infantry focussed" mod, and infantry needs lots of objects in a map or else they will be raped by vehicles. Because of these heavily objected terrain lag is increased tremendously, wich has in turn to be countered with less object view distance.......and to hide objects popping up nearby the fog is so dense......It is therefore more a FH problem....
Don't get me wrong : for some maps fog isn't disturbing at all and adds to the atmosphere. But if it is the weather condition for almost all maps it is rediculous, the more so if there are aircraft in it. In WWII, aircraft did not fly in fog......
