Well there were lots of other nice italian WWII ships. Too bad they weren't captured and put to use by the allies. :uhm:

A lot of them were, like the Roma. The day after Italy surrendered and she was on the way to some Allied harbour, she was sunk by airplane-launched anti shipping missiles.

/offtopic She's a beauty, isn't she? (insert 56k warning here) http://www.serafimov.com/public/general/roma44.jpg http://img234.imageshack.us/img234/2630/roma564dw.jpg http://img234.imageshack.us/img234/8789/roma578ey.jpg http://img478.imageshack.us/img478/132/roma553dn.jpg http://img477.imageshack.us/img477/9289/roma521nv.jpg I'm pretty sure the battleship Roma could have taken down a Bismarck or a PoW if met in combat. Although, from the looks of her hull, she doesn't seem to beefed up with armor (just a guess, I'm too lazy to check Wiki). Oh, and here's the guided missile you were talking about (Fritz-X) (end 56k warning) fritz-x_1.jpg /endofftopic

When I think of Italian Navy being ingame I think more about that Swordfish attack on some Italian harbor full of carriers and BBs in 1941 (?), not just Italians getting slaughtered.
