Please release a mac version of the macpack. Or, more simply, you could just install it on a machine, and then copy the map files/ other files out of the directory from which it came.

Thanks.

Now that everyone is running similar cpu's, it makes less difference, anyway. Mac owners with the new hardware can dual boot with XP if they want. Apple designs and makes good hardware.

I just recently bought the 1.3Ghz iBook to use with my Traktor dj software for Final Scratch 2 and I'm very happy, Mac is a joy and the ibook feels reliable. Too bad all it has is a 40G hard drive 'cause mines already all full of music.

Why on god's gracious green earth would you want to boot XP on a Mac? I mean, that's like running pissing out of a moving car; I suppose it could be done, and there'd be bragging rights among people who go for that sort of thing, but it'd be enormously messy and most normal folk would look at you funny.

I mean, you already have a top-grade OS on top-grade hardware; the only reason I actually haven't replaced my XP box is because (a) most games don't run on my Mac, (b) I recycle my PCs as FreeBSD fileservers when I upgrade their guts, and (c) there's no usable VMWare replacement for Macs under which I could run XP to test stuff for my clients. Aside from that? Ugh.
