I am particularly interested in the Eastern Front final advance on Berlin, which began about January 12, 1945 and culminated in the fall of Berlin. One of the most desperate of these battles was the 3-days of the Seelow Heights. Is the FH map of Seelow Heights still supported in 0.67a? Was it ever available SP?

This is one of the best maps. It is epic. You need a lot of people to play it. It does not seem that many servers run it. But what else is new. Servers run dice maps into the ground and this map among others is hardly ever played. You didn't even know that it is still in the game. WTF? Does anybody remember Foy? I barely can.

Yeah I like your server. I play on it when I can. Maps like those are my favorites but require a lot of people. Too bad 54 of them are playing bocage on another server.

theres over 70 custom fh maps, so theres usually alot of diversity when it comes to server maplists. most play most maps, but the cycles take a looooooooooong time because there's so many maps.

This is one thing I always wonder about too. With all the fantastic FH created maps, most of the popular servers still play too many of the dice maps. Ive never even played seelow heights on a server yet, nor foy. I dunno about other admins, but if i had my own server running, id only use 1-3 select dice maps that still play well.

So why don 't I have the map? I assume it wasn't in .65 because that's what I started FH with. I had thought FH .65 was a complete nuke and pave job, where you had to uninstall previous versions of FH. But if that was the case, how do folks still have Seelow from earlier versions? Also, how can I get FH Seelow? Is it in some obscure MP? Could I load an earlier version of FH, that has Seelow in it, on top of .67a, or would that screw things mightily? Finally, I have loaded various Fan Map-packs from various sites, and have never had Chartres, Thali or some other maps show in my index, even though I see the individual folders are there wiht the other games which do show up in the map index. What gives? I have other MP-only maps that appear in my index, so do some FH MP maps "hide"? Sorry for all the questions, but I see these fantastic maps of tremendous battles and want them all.

Wolf's server runs Seelow Heights. No one runs Foy because of a bug that makes the server crash.

WTF? The Seelow .rfa, all 52.28 mb, is right there in my ***/FH/Archives/bf1942/levels, along with all my FH maps....and the other FH maps which don't show, such as T-I, and Chartres, etc. Anybody?
