I am a real fan of FH and love virtually every single minute I play it online. Ok often I do get pissed because teamplay is lacking, for instance when some idiots dont enter rammelle with their precious tanks or people cant storm coordinated, but well so let it be..

But what pisses me REALLY REALLY off are these little noob smacktards who use glitches and ruin the game. Now im not taking about the knife exploit or anything similar.

Let me explain: I was playing on United FH something server and the map turned to Iwo Jima. It was late at night so there were only 25 or 30 players online. Now instead of a nice naval invasion with fierce fights these pesky sh*tty little kids started taking there planes and crash landing at mt suribachi and caputring rear flags. they didnt even bail with pilot kits they just jumped out at very low altitude.

when i complained i was told this was a legitimate tactic, and we should have defended mt s. ofcourse with only 12 players per side its impossible to defend backflags..

anyway had to get rid of this. hope these kids get lost and go back playing bf2 or whatever and well see some intense fighting again.

Its common to have smacktards on server, nothing unusual here...

I find them actually quite necessary on servers...they give you that extra bonus feeling when you shoot one of them...priceless...

Personally I detest backcapping, although sometimes it's the only way when you're the only one left and no flags for your team to spawn on. That's the exception.

Brings up a question, howcome you can cap flags at pushmaps, I thought this was a single cappable flag that couldn't be recapped on those maps. Yet now I see they can be recapped and people still backcap, which ruins the whole push aspect.. Am I missing something here or?

Play on an other server, one that has admins around should deal with smacktards. The odd smacktard who can still be found on the better servers can easily be dealt with or pwned at your disposal. :p

Thus 'backcapping' as you call it is one of the principles of the basic art of war and very much so a valid tactic.

lightning i really hope you're not serious! you really should know how backcapping ruines games. Furthermore if they use a glitch. I mean if they handed landed at the beacht at somehow had managed to get past the lines, ok. bad luck or stupidity on our side, but bailing or better jumping out of low flying planes in order to cap back flag is detestable and makes me wish iwo jima was a push map!

@dönitz: what do you consider better servers? I normally like United Clans and Wolf, actually i see more smacktard behaviour on wolf than on United Clans, but yesterday was truly terrible!

I prefer Hslan among a few others. But I won't stuck to one single server. If I spot smacktards and nothing is done I simply change servers. I should play a litte more online though (stupid forum is consuming my soul :( ).

I'm with Lightning on this one. This is the reason you have push maps. By the same logic, U-Boats, the LRDG, strategic bombing, parachute landings in Normandy, partisans, coastwatchers and landmines could also be said to be "not playing fair".

I really sense a school of thought here that says, the only acceptable form of combat is running head-on into prepared tank positions, suck it down like a man or leave. No thanks. I'll take the backcappers and make sure my team is paying attention to rear area flags.
