McGibsBF2 mods will be able to use any of privious BF titles material (BF1942, (+expacks) and BFV) so we wont have to redo alot of tedious little things like voices and such. We will likely be doing alot of "spring cleaining" and polishing/making new models to replace old ones.

Just a little question here, when you'll move to the bf2 engine (if you do that is ;) ), will you consider having the right proportions between tanks and players (and other objects) or just go with how it is now? (I know you wouldn't do it for the original bf1942 engine as it's just not worth the time redoing everything, but as you need to port more or less everything to the bf2 engine anyway I just wondered :D )

Them frontline models are rediculously high poly, certainly not fps friendly. FH modelers & skins have got the right blend that beats many commerical developments for sure though. BF2:FH will be fkin incredible if it does happen!

From what I've heard, that if they were to move to the BF2 engine, then time would be spent re-scaling the tanks/planes/other vehicles, etc...should the need arrise. The reason I say this is because from what I've seen from videos, screenshots, etc, they have the scaling almost perfect. However, these are just quick glances, so I'm going to go back to the videos and see if I can see anything.
