Spot these snaps i took of what i believe to be a support gunner (well 2 actually) having propped his gun on the railings: Its not totally clear in the last two shots (you'll have to grab the vid to see it) but he turns the gun from the bipod end rather than the waist like we do now in FH.
These could always be stationary guns, but surely we'd expect a 50 cal there? These guns are the supporting roles equipment for the US afaik also. If it is so, then perhaps we can expect In FH2 to prop our BARs, Brens & MG34's on ledges and pieces of rubble where the mapper places the appropriate entity? :naughty:
i thought dice stated that they would include the deploy-feature becaues it wasn't arcade enough? they're probably just some stationary guns.... :(

I think those MG's are indeed static ones, I saw some deploy animations but they had nothing to do with setting them up on objects. I have seen in a video the deploying animation of a LMG, I don't know if you can still shoot it not deployed.

It's a shame if the game doesn't support deployable MG's and LMG's as I felt this was one thing that FH could really use and was missing (aside from pushable field guns). Deploying MG's was one thing other mods had over FH, mods like DoD & RO. Sad to see.. I hope the FH team can maybe work with the new engine (if it doesn't support this feature) and hopefully implement it somehow. :beer: Cheers to dreaming. PS. I wonder if we'll be able to cook grenades in FH2 on the new engine as well.
BF2 does not have the possibility of cooking grenades, probably not arcade enough. ;) Let's just pray this engine is easier and better to mod.
