Please do nothing to any of the tank MG's they are fantastic. I am curious though -did the tank MG gunners have much of a target picture in real life? Was their target sights for the front MG gunner?

Well, the current place of front (in-tank) gunner is a radio operator. He had a a small space in tank armour where he could use any weapon. Sometimes even pistols, but mostly mgs. In all cases he had rather bad view of the situation so such fire wasn't so dangerous.

Well, I guess it depends on tank type, there were many, many variants in different models. I'm not a tank specialist so please don't be mad on me if I posted there something wrong.

I think in prmm they are good. I would give them iron sights. Also the duck option.

Most tanks with a hull gunner/radio operator did have an MG as standard...

The Gun was found to be near useless in a battle environment and was scrapped in post war designs. Not because it didn't hurt people that it hit, it was just hard for it to hit people.
