I have visions of Team Play dancing in my head. I'd love to have some nice team work on any server. I play as Ellis on the servers, if anyone wants to team up or even better a clan is present, just say "Hey asshole, fall in!" and I will.
A voice-chat system (as far as I know) is being included with BF2. That will either work brilliantly or fail miserably with all the noobs spamming in it.
I love to play crete and arnhem as allies because there teamplay is needed to win. On Arnhem to stop all those tanks. And on crete i had my best games. Because there you always find someone who wants to drive with you in a jeep to every flag getting captured by the axis. Iam usaLLY the driver then iam just saying "Jump in" and anyone is always there who wants to jump in and then with 2 or 3 (sometimes 4) players in a jeep you can blow the german paras away at every flag its just lovely to see jumping out 3 people out of the jeep and one stays at the jeeps mg giving back up. Teamplay oWnS! ...but sometimes its also funny to play like rambo...:smokin: :daddy: And thx devs for the .30cal kit on Nordwind:D
lumpehI sense bannage upon the horizon... :hmm:

yeah i love the 130th panzer lehr division serva.........the team work is normally ok but there is always the guy that jumps in ya wespe when ya got somfin zeroed or the dude that jumps in ya tank when your reapairin it hammers down the road gets hit jumps out and leaves it.....
i agree that teamwork, or something close to it, seems to happen automatically on arnhem, probably because of the map design. maybe push maps, if and when, they come along will have an impact on team-play. the easiest way i have found of creating teamplay is based around a jeep or a truck. getting people into it or joining someone saying "get in get in" and u have a 2-4 man team straight away. if u r the driver than u can take this potential team-play to any flag on the map.
it was great on Nordwind last night, i think it was on one of/the Semper Fi servers, 4-5 of us got in a truck and took the flag nearest the axis base, we came under attack from tanks and infantry and took them all out, we had people at the back windows, hidden in the yard everywhere. we took out several tanks and many infantry attacks. this went on for a good 5-6 minutes as 2-3 tanks and a stug started shelling us from a distance. suddenly a truck of 5-6 axis piled into the village out of nowhere leading to a crazy firefight in the yard and through the windows looking onto the yard area, the axis tanks had moved closer during this and must have counted the axis infantry as they went into the village and counted them dying because the second the last one had died they all opened fire and wiped all but one of us out. in that wild 5-10 minutes i went from about 12-20 kill/death to 25/21 by the time i died and i had run out of .45 ammo twice!. i think the fact that there was a good 50 or so players helped that all happen as the axis just had their home base so there was a constant stream of attackers. so if you want teamwork, jump in a truck or a jeep and see what happens.
Me personal, i,m the guy ( non sniper) who love to defend some lonely flag, its just a waiting game, but it realy pays of when that lone ranger comes and steel our flag or panzer. So indeed i,m also the guy with almost no kills, i dont care, but its a pitty to see how few, are willing to defend, what results in some poor tactical gameplay. for me its the art of defend, its great. o and a special tnx to that other guy, who is running around with the tools, to repair,. :) Not to be to critical, i would say, my FH experience on teamplay is above average, Sometimes a game S*&^ks and sometime its superb. best regards PLAYING FH DURING WORK.....DONT !!!! http://www.ongein.com/ongein/item.aspx?ID=2194

i do that too very often... i go to a flag that is in our hands but (as good as) undefended, i will hide and dug in waiting for the enemy.., and waiting and waiting. But it really fun to save a flak that way and suprise the lone wolf that thought that he would have an easy cap. Its boring by times but it can be quite rewarding though.
But sometimes i just love to rush into battle and get killed over and over and over again :p it just depends on my mood: do i like to stay on defence or do i feel like playing very aggresive?
