I'm glad to see that there was more different language version in FH homepage and well done for those translators.:) But why there has only Simplified Chinese version but not also the Traditional Chinese version? I am hopefully waiting the Traditional Chinese version comes out.

Well if you think it would be a good addition and you speak Traditional Chinese (mandarian? i have no idea what the differemces are between traditional and simplified chinese except for it is "simplified" ) then it wouldnt hurt to contact bug$ via Pm or email and ask him if he is willing to add it. You will have to supply him with the translations though, if he is intrested he wil let you know how, when and what. contact: Private Message: Send a private message to PzReg1|BUGS Email: rockoinc. AT gmx.net replace "AT" with "@" and remove spaces.

Actually, "simplified" chinese has over 6000 characters  and that traditional chinese has over 13 000 characters (!). These characters were also simplified and made easier to write and read. It seems simplified chinese is used in mainland China while traditional chinese is used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and some rural provinces of the mainland.

Well - I got Liquid and whatever Chinese he gave me I took ;) I'm sorry for having no clue about Chinese. Is there any problem with the simplified version? Just being curious. Maybe you contact Liquid (he is around here somewhere) to think about the language used.

I'm 99% sure both Mandarin and Cantonese use the exactly same written language (perhaps with variations), like German and English both use the alphabeth. A person who speaks Mandarin can't read a text in Cantonese, though, like a person from Switzerland can't just sit down and fluently read a Swedish book although both of them use the same writing form. If you're used to reading in a certain way, I can imagine it'd be slightly annoying to suddenly have the written language changed. But I don't know as I don't speak Chinese:uhm:.

The main obstacles to adding new languages, are having the translation and then having the time to make the graphics and enter the text. We can't do the second part, until someone does the first.:nodding:
