Maybe they could increase the respawn time for some tanks, some tanks do come around to fast.
'[79thSgt-D;4595975']I can't figure why
Online Etymology Dictionary "1571, from point (v.) + blank, the white center of a target. The notion is of standing close enough to aim (point) at the blank without allowance for curve, windage, or gravity."
'[79thSgt-D;4595975']Yeah I guess it should be a french etymology, it should come from "point blanc" which means "white point"... so I can't figure why  Maybe it refers to the white zone of the eyes, we use to say "don't shoot before you can see the white in their eyes"
As much as I'm weary of using Wikipedia as a source of information...
Point-blank range - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
EDIT: What Lightning said :).
OK thx guys
In forensics and popular usage, point-blank range has come to mean extreme close range (i.e., target within about a meter (3 ft) of the muzzle at moment of discharge but not close enough to be an actual contact shot)
This is the meaning of the french "à bout portant", "contact shot" being "à bout touchant".
Well.. I am not in favor of increased realism since that will just scare off more people, as it isnt bad allready. But what I would like to say is that it wouldnt damage to try to keep some facts bound to historical accuracy, like the F1 beeing a lousy anti tank tank. And one more thing that is annoying and should have been removed in todays modern games is the crap that I always think that my fully speedy sherman can drive over thoose three barreles standing there on the ground but no it gets stuck.. I mean, is it so har do make them destroyable or movable in some way?
Welcome to the pitfalls of the BF2 engine.
Ohh come on.. you cant say everything is the BF2-engines fault?
The bf2engine lacks support for massive destructable eniviroments, hence DICE built a new engine totally from scratch for bad company. The lack of dynamic lightning for statics is just one thing.
