I hope there is a new M1 model for .7 but as time goes on .7 is getting closer and I still haven't seen it in an update sad%20(frown).gif.

Lobo will be doing the new garand. Not sure if he's doing it for .7 or not.

Yeah the Garand we have right now is one of the less pleasant skins to look at. Still schools dice models though.

The thing that bothers me most about it is the way he holds the rifle. It's not held like that for any other weapon, and it looks really awkward.

God, I hate the Garand now. It doesn't look nearly as nice as any of the other infantry weapons in the game now. Given that this was the standard infantry weapon of the American soldier in the ETO, this should really be a high priority.

My problem is not with the skin, but with what I think is an unrelaistically slow bolt cycle. Maybe it's an engine issue? As is, the Garand fires no faster than a short-bolt bolt-action in a hurry.

You might very well think that

Jumjum, the devs made it fire slowly because 'thats how fast you could fire it accurately' and to prevent ramboing. XWWII's Garand and M1 Carbine fire at the speed of pistols.
