Will the sturmtiger be included in FH2? I was surprised that such a powerful weapon was left out. I mean a tiger chassis with a naval mortar stuck on sounds pretty cool to me :D

The vehicles or weapons in fh42 were not included according to power or coolness, they were made if a dev felt like making them, or were too common to ignore. :) If you ask me, the sturmtiger might be included in fh2, but not before 2173.

Eight apparently saw service in the Battle of the Bulge (hehe, Bulge), so we'd have to wait until the Western Front.

18 were made. It was not a naval mortar. It was a rocket mortar. Personally I don't think it's worth it. The Brummbar is enough.

The ones that where made never saw their intended use, and where rushed into wrong combat situations and had little success, But would have been great in places like Stalingrad.

Rubbish, it would be great to have any of these rare vehicles if only for the novelty factor. I would welcome the Sturmtiger and Jagdtiger!

Sturmpanzer VI, was a World War II German assault gun built on the Panzer VI Tiger I chassis armed with a large naval mortar, the 38cm SturmMörser RW61 L/5.4

From wiki

I feel historical accuracy has priority over game balance.... besides it can be balanced with a loooong reload time. Apparantly it had a small crane on the back to lift ammo up into its main gun which sounds like a good historical excuse ;)

Question to anybody in the know about BF42 coding. Is it possible to make certain explosions pass through buildings but not the projectile? So the likes of the Brumbar and Sturmtiger could clear infantry out of a building a lot better.
