This is not a flame post about the lack of updates. However I do think there ought to be more frequent updates than we have seen lately. Updates provide a focus for debate and input from the community. They make the community itself feel more involved in the (unreleased) game. I realize that most of the input is probably not very helpful, but surely some of what we have to say is useful for the devs to hear. Updates help keep the community input focused on the direction in which the game is developing. I know the devs have more important things to do, and there is not always fascinating new stuff to post. But I am not saying there should be an update every week. All I am suggesting is that updates do serve some purpose and could be posted more frequently than they have been lately.
Who decided today would be the day that updates are bitched about?
Hey, you beat me to it....... but I wouldn't have posted it that way... plus I would have waited till it was a full month between updates ;)
My guess is though......... Public alpha/beta arriving soon so they are all too busy making sure stuff works -you must know what a bunch of perfectionists these people are :bows:
All I care about is whether it gets released or not....... and I don;t see it being a 'not' atm ;)
If theres nothing to update, theres nothing to update.....
Not really that big of a deal.....
We know the importance of updates.
2 people can edit the web site, and neither are here.
Simple as that.

Err... you have been around long enoughto know to that the devs don't always have any news they consider worth showing to the community or sometimes do't have the time to upload it for whatever reason (vacation, exams, techinical difficulties,.. ). As soon as they have some news and are able to put the update online they will do so.... ZOMG argh blablabla spam spam :sillyme:
I guess we all know what happens to threads like these too hmm? :p
