No it's a joke. I saw what you have done to the website and I want to thanks you all dev for the stuff you've made. And unlike others topic where people complaint about stupid think. I want to thanks you again and I invite people to join me to show there gratitude for the time you've done to make this marvelous mod. Thanks you again.
Asshole....I was pumped to flame you. Now it is ruined. :( Anyway....
Even though I was not that psyched at the start for 2.15 (big whoop) I am super thrilled now! Sounds like so much more then a new army and I can't wait. And Normandy? If you tally up what has been shown to us so far I am thinking its not as far off as people think. FH2 has been more of a roller coaster ride then FH1 but I think the highs will be be much better then the previous.
FH2 has turned out Okay, at first I was doubtful, and many recent games I've played have kind of torn me apart from FH2, but It is still fun, and no-where can I get a realistic WW2 FPS in such a style as FH2.
If only a commercial company would take their Idea, and make a true FH2 game, with all the features we could ever want. Including a Dynamic Battlefield.
I have played a lot of FH original and have just signed up for a competition to play it some more.
Without a doubt I would prefer FH2, playing FH1 again already feels like a step backwards but need to upgrade my comp. to do FH2 justice. I can't understand why people downunder haven't got into it in a big way, short attention span is what I put it down to. That and there are some nice 'eye candy' games out there. As with FH2 when more theatres are added no doubt players will make their way back.

Next COD installment - although it's pacific theatre. Yawn, :uhm:
Personally, I love the sound effects, the little puffs and swirms from everything. The BF2 engine is a bitch, but somehow the devs have managed to come up with one of - If not the most pains-taken mod I've seen in any game as yet... The sheer detail of each map is probably uncontested by any other BF2 mod of map maker - The maturity and development process the devs learned by Fh0.7 and the mappack are still worth their salt It's almost as though the devs walked every inch of the maps to get them right... No floating buildings, awkward areas, flat map endings... Or bad lighting Then there is the detail and skin for every weapon, vehicle and model. I've seen alot of other BF2 and BF42 mods, and none come close. The models look so professional, the vehicles are so detailed and skinned in the best way the BF2 engine would tolerate and the sound effects all blend together I've been playing FH1 for something like 3 years and mates of mine who remeber me in my 1st year of college are amazed how I could still play such an 'old game' - And more so by the fact that I do pretty much the same to Fh2, with only 4 or so maps - But i always tell them 'You need to be part of the FH community, see what the devs do, even the style and intrigue they surround their updates with, the cameraderie of the community to appreciate FH completely... It's not just another wargame, its THE wargame - And goes well beyond just what you see on the screen, its goes to the brave men fighting behind the scenes to keep the game, community and hope alive'.... But well, that's just me on the matter :-)
Best mod there is enyone ho cant see this after playing it for 30 min the first time they ever doo, well there is no rescue for those people. There is just no competition from eny other mod curently. And the best parts off the mod still awaits us with Normandy etc etc and the upcomming patch.
Hey Alakazou would you stop licking dev's balls ? :p (in the french community Alakazou is known to be stubbornly fair to FH2 like a bulldog would be, and to systematically start to flame and bash anyone who only dare to feel doubts about FH2 ;) ). On my own... I can't tell, I can't compare with other games, as I'm playing exclusively FH2 :) And it's not only about the most kick ass WWII game ever, thx to the devs I joined my clan years ago, and thus met some guys who are now real life friends, which is priceless, plus I'm meeting ingame and here on the forum many fine guys from all over the world, so I would never thank enough the FHdevs :bows:
I'm sure it'll be picked up a lot more downunder in 2.15 with the inclusion of the Australians.

COD is in no way similar to FH2. Btw, if you haven't noticed, the next COD game is including Eastern Front aswell :) . By no means is COD a bad game, I had plenty of fun, but IMO its got no replay value. You assault, you kill, you die, pretty much every time. In FH2, there are thousands of different scenarios where you'll have to chose a different method of attack, defense, or whatever. I don't like the comparison between COD and FH2, COD is in no way realistic, you know, killing hordes upon hordes of enemies. It feels so much more rewarding when killing an enemy in FH2.
CoD is like MoH, DoD:source, UT and those engines. its for close quarter fragfests. Can still be fun, but is not at all what FH2 is about.
People who think all WW2 FPS games are the same should (really) be the guy to the right in this picture:
