Hi all, this may have been asked before, so I do have my flame-proof pants installed..... But my question is: Will .62 have C0-OP support? If not for the FHX mod, I would not be experiencing this great mod as there are no servers in Australia. (as far as I know) There are some maps that I even havent played yet, so C0-OP support would be much appreciated.
well i think so but im not sure ... since this Single player crash thing was mostly about a bug or something ?
I'm almost completly certain that they'll not add single player support. Maybe they'll incorporate the fixes FHX made, but it's not likely they'll add bot support for more maps.
They better at least fix Karelia, it worked fine in 0.5 and isn't included in FHX yet, I think.
Lightning gets the prize.
But the fact that there aren't any Australian servers out there doesn't mean you can't play online at all. An Australian member in my clan got gold in a clan match on a server hosted in England! I also play with him on servers like WOLF quite often.
I would hazard a guess that they'll fix the small problem they had with maps that worked in SP mode previously (ie pre .61), but for all future SP support I think you will have to depend on the FHX team who are doing an excellent job :) Just my summary of what's been said in these forums over the last couple of months. Edit: Actually I think that's what Lightning said...
why did you write it as c0-op are you trying to say something here
'LIGHTNING [NL']Yay! But the fact that there aren't any Australian servers out there doesn't mean you can't play online at all. An Australian member in my clan got gold in a clan match on a server hosted in England! I also play with him on servers like WOLF quite often.
Lightning, do you have the address of that server? It would be much appreciated you could pass that info on. Well, thanks for all who bothered to answer my question. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the FHX team for providing us CO-OP players with the chance to play this great mod. All the best to you and I hope to see more maps released with single player support.
