Hi there, After seeing some screenshots wich I consider very cool I really want to play this mod. Only I dont know if my PC will be good enough for it. I have this machine: Amd 1200 mhz 328 mb sd ram memory radeon 9700 pro I can run normal battlefield good but I read here that FH requires a lot more from your hardware. My internet connection is very good though 4 mb down so that wont be a problem.:naughty: If some-one could give me some advise I will be very thankfull.:bows: greetzz,

Your Ram is very low, and the CPU is pretty slow, too. 50:50 for reasonable fps on lowest detail imo.

I have checked on my system that FH uses between 400-500 MB of ram. I did have 768MB but it seemed a little slow, so i pick up some more ram. With 1 gig it runs fine. I would say that 768MB is the low end and 1gig+ is best. I know it can run at 512MB but you pay a high cost in FPS and load times.

Well, if you don't give much for loading times then your pc should be goood enough. My second computer runs FH just fine and it's only a Pentium III 800mhz 512mb RAM(sd) with a geforce 3 TI500. Running on 800x600 all settings maxed(no AA or AF). On normal sized maps 30-40 bots no problem.

I can run FH on my other rig with 128Mb of RAM. Load times aren't good and neither are the graphics but it runs smoothly.

I run FH on a 1.4 Centrino and 512MB SD RAM and a Mobility Radeon 9200, and I can play med-to-high graphics levels.

You should be fine, but update that RAM soon.

There's only one way to find out.

Download the mod, and mess around with the settings.

Your card is fine... everything else sucks. Seriously dude, a CPU and RAM is dead cheap these days, and if you can upgrade yer card you can surely do it for the rest.

If you really must play FH, disable ALL background apps, anti virus, messenger, etc tune everything down and see what happens.

Does your Ti500 have 256MB onboard ram or something  [quote="Count Nosferatu"]and RAM is dead cheap these days

Yeah? Give me a quote to upgrade to 1GB RAMBUS (nothing else, cause my MB only supports RAMBUS), and also note that all 4 RAM slots on the MB are occupied, so unless you can find me a place where i can trade in the old decks, i will have to buy brand new decks for the whole 1GB. Last time i checked (which was 1 month ago), that would cost me over US$400 People are so ignorant when they say "ahh, just upgrade your ram"
