I didn't make it!
Just wanted to ask wether or not operation Burma would be involved in Forgotten hope 2..
This was one of the most brutal and underlooked campaigns of WW2.
Places like white city was a crucial war point and it was also one of the more brutal parts of what happened in burma if any help is needed with historical work i would be mpre than willing to help as i pretty much have a great understanding of what happened as my grandfather fought there.
Please let me know ...
I would love to make a map about the Flying Tigers and the early war Burma campaign, about the late one I don't know, it will depend on the willings of our mappers
What I cant wait to see is Lobo's Catalina. :P
As for Burma, I would love to to aaly it early ofcourse.I loved that FH1 one.
Ditto here, GO LOBO GO. The only thing I really wouldn't be too keen on is an all-Warhawk vs. all-Zero map. For early war Burma Flying Tigers action, it'd be more accurate to have Ki-27s and G3Ms; they'd be far more maneuverable than the faster P-40s, so the air part would at least be fair.
Zero modeled a pretty Oscar some time ago, hopefully it will be finished when we reach Pacific and we can have P-40's vs. Oscars, and I love that crazy Burma Road, so I think it will be not a pure air combat map, to ambush japanese convoys in the road can be a hell of fun

Lobo, will Chinese Army be involved in FH2? I don't mean the first release , but the further release.
I think somewhere the FH devs said they would add the Chinese (both communist and nationalist forces) in at some point, but don't quote me on this
I am not sure about this, I have read about the Flying Tigers and I know they supported the chinese troops but I don't remember if the chinese army was involved in the fight for the Burma Road, do you know about this theme?
FH needs a MERRIL´S MARAUDERS map :P

Yes, a chinese troop called "chinese crusade" ( I'm not sure whether crusade is used appropriate here. In chinese name, the troop is named as a troop which fight at a place far away, I just don't know how to translate it into english:( ) did fight in Burma along with the British Army against the japs. But I'm also not very familiar with that history , I'm searching for help in chinese forums . When I got enough infomation, i will post it here.:lookaround:
