well i suggest that you uninstall your game and reinstall. Take your mods, skins, and whatnot that you have downloaded and put them someplace so when u uninstall they won't get deleted so you can put them back when you reinstall. That should get rid of the bad file and you should be fine.

better idea take all your mods maps skins ect and put them in a folder then delete them from base/gamedata and slowly put each one back and find the one that doesn't work if it doesn't work it does not nessesaraly mean that it just wont work my recomendation is to make a folder in your base called "lower vehicle limit" and put all your vehicle files in there and when you need them pull them out
