Hey everyone, For a while now Ive being trying to learn how to model using Gmax, and the 3ds Max trial. I have failed, mainly cause I have a problem following tutorials. If there is any modellor out there who can just spend some time over msn teaching me how to model using Gmax / Milkshake whichever is easiest, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.smilie.gif

Haha Milkshake... I'm sure he meant Milkshape 3D :P Flodgy, it depends on what you need to model. Some people are good with weapons/prefabs, and some people are good with player models. What exactly is it you want to learn to model?

I'd say keep trying tutorials. 3d modeling takes time to learn, and I doubt anybody would give you that much time. Just learn the basics and then apply what you've learned to create little projects. Also, forget about making models for recent games. By the time you learn enough to be able to make a model that'll work in a game, all your games (BIA, COD, etc.) will be old. It'll take you at least a year to make anything decent.
