I've created a GIF sig (for my boards, too big for here) and it uses glow. But because of the 255 color limit of GIF it looks pretty bad. Anybody know a way to get round the 255 limit (size is not a problem)?

No way of getting round it.

You could set it as perceptual however in the optimize box when saving it, this can help a fair bit.

What he has done(I think):

Make each userbar(tag). Stacked them up together above each other. Linked them all together. Put them in ImageReady. Created a new frame, in this new frame, moved the linked layers down until a new one is showing. Tween (Previous Frame - Position - 3 frames?) Repeat last 2 steps 'x' amount of times. Selected all frame (Shift and Click) - Changed frame time.

Yep, very easy to do. Only changed the frame time on the main stationary ones to 2 seconds and left the tweened ones at nothing.
