Ok what i did was take one of my favorite Calvin and Hobbes sequences and made it one long panel. now to keep it within the signature size limits i want to make it so that its like a camera is panning across the image and so that it continuisly loops with the end of the image meeting back at the front creating a seamless transition and with my name siting somewhere on the animation not moving
omg thank you. m just wondering how you did it as i would love to lurn. im using gimp by the way but even if you could tell me how u did it in photoshop im sure i could translate it.
in photoshop, i made the image even (it was 1149 and i made it 1200). then i copied the layer and used filter-offset-horizontal-50 pixels. i repeated that until i had 24 layers. then i created frames from the layers. then i selected frame 1 and did your name on that. finally, i cropped it and added the border and saved as a gif.
