I like it. Always an interesting look. What program was it in? Photoshop, GIMP, or other?

Knippschild your presence has been sorely missed. You know Brown is one of the most easy going colors there are. If I remember correctly they gave you a very rough rogue like appearence, like Mark Walberg or something. Good to seeya asusual...and keep trying, the effort makes it worthwhile.

You can see all the brown artifacts. It's because I used my webcam to take the picture.

I had a reflection of my laptop on the pupil, so i also had to recolor that. :(

I think the problem with the current image is, that the blue doesn't look like a natural blue eye, more like as if someone used blue paint.

Try setting the blue on a color layer if fireworks has it. Or hue or something. To make it less "postery"

You should really use photoshop for hue shifting.

But, fireworks could work. I guess.

EDIT: Also use masks, they help a lot. Either that, or create a blue circle, and change the blend mode to color or soft light, then start erasing softly (50% transparency eraser) the edges.
