I need to know how to get a border for this signature...

lol its fine (not that great but fine) though it is too large, remember 100x600 pixels max and one line of standardsized text.

you got rid of your text. well practically. its still there but barely visible. fix it
i cant read your name, it is way too dark on the left, lighten it a bit (keep it darker/different then on the right though).

I don't like it, why? Because you have too much shading going on in the background, while the lighting on him is rather bright.
