Find wherever you installed photoshop and put the appropriate file in the brushes folder, once your on the program files of the appropriate drive 'Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Presets\Brushes' is the location where you must put them (Or whatever version of photoshop in place of Photoshop 7.0 you have).

Use the paintbrush tool. Once you've selected a color you like, go to the top right hand corner. There should be a 'brushes' tab. Click on it once. Then right click on the tiny little arrow. Select which brush set you want to load and you're good to go.

Select the brush tool Right click on your image and press the little button (the same thing as kadaj showed you) Then click on replace brushed and load your brushes.
