Hey, I have been trying to make a sig lately , im a PS noob, nad I looked at many tutorials and cant do it!!!

How do i drag a part of another image, INTO another image. When I try to do it nothing happens, all i see are lines (the lines that show around something when it gets selected). I tried copy and apsting, that worked but I still have white background on the image I just copy and pasted, and whatever I selected and copied, becomes slightly bigger on the other pic when i paste it.

Any help?

Even if 2 pictures you have in photoshop seem the same size, that may not be the case at all. Try to turn on the rulers [CTRL+R] and set them to pixels. Ok, here's how you do what you want:

To drag the WHOLE picture: Click and hold CTRL and then drag and drop.

To drag a selection: Make a selection. Click and hold CTRL and then drag and drop.

HINT: See how your cursor changes when you hold CTRL.

open your psd and then hit [CTRL+SHIFT+ALT] and save it as a png.
