I've been having trouble with backrounds. could some lend a helping hand, hand show me a easy way to create them?

It may help if you provide the name of the program you use. I mean, that way we may be able to provide some tutorials (if available). If you are using Adobe PS, it should be easy to find some/ make backgrounds. If you are using an other program, then I don't know. I don't know any links, as most of us make them ourselves.

But try this. If you program supports brushes, then google them and try to download some. Then, open a blank canvas and just brush away. Vary the brushes and colors every time you do that.

I use: Microsoft Picture It! but I would really like gimp. :vikki:

i use any programs availible to me which means using programs like paint to more advanced programs, so i dont know really

Get GIMP, you can use brushes in that program, even though the available number is slim.

For what you are using, it looks like you have some filter effects...so maybe try some motion blur, kind of like pixel stretch or something.
