I am new to Flash Mx 2004 and have been trying to make some animations/films for my site. I have one problem though, I don't know how to stop the animation/movie from looping. So basically i just want the animation to go to the end and then stop at the end, does anyone know how to do this. Thanx, smilie.gif

Open ActionScript panel (F9) and at the last frame of your animation put "stop();" without the quotes, in a keyframe at the last frame of your animation on the main timeline.

Heh, I just started learning flash mx 2004 from a friend, so far looks like I will want tot import all my images from photoshop, rather than make them in flash.

Right click on the last frame in the timeline, click on 'Actions' in the dropdown menu, and click on 'Stop' in the actions display.
